SECTION 20 – WRONG ADDRESS
Our products are manufactured and shipped via our production and shipping partner, Gelato. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address when placing an order.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, Gelato will return it to the respective production center.
In such cases, Gelato automatically destroys the goods. This process is completely outside our control and cannot be changed or stopped by us.
Since these are individually manufactured products (print-on-demand), there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price if the order could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Should a customer discover that incorrect delivery details were provided with their order, they must contact us immediately – within 24 hours.

The customer has the option of placing a new order with corrected address details. However, we cannot guarantee that the same product, the same price, or a specific promotion will still be available at that time.
