Wie alles begann

The idea for FILLTHESPACE was born when I moved into my first apartment. I wanted to create a place where I truly felt at home – rooms that reflected my personality.

After all the furniture was in place, I started decorating the walls. But the search for suitable posters quickly became frustrating. Many designs didn't match my vision, didn't create the desired atmosphere, or didn't harmonize with the colors of my decor.

This disappointment with unsuitable artwork was ultimately the driving force behind the founding of FILLTHESPACE.

What started as a personal passion project, I now run as a small, independent design label with great passion and personal commitment alongside my main job. Every order, every design, and every idea is something personal to me.

My Christian faith plays a central role in my life. Many of my designs – especially Bible verses and inspiring messages – are an expression of hope, gratitude, and confidence. At the same time, the designs are intended to inspire, strengthen, and encourage people, regardless of their faith.

With FILLTHESPACE, I want to introduce designs that bring at least one of these effects into your home – with real added value.

All designs are developed independently using professional design software and modern digital design tools – including AI-powered applications – and are based on generally accepted design and typographic principles. I place great importance on not adopting individually protected design concepts or characteristically distinctive design works of third parties. All designs originate from an independent creative development process and are carefully checked before publication.

As a small contribution to a better world, at the end of the year, I donate €1 to UNICEF for every order to support projects that provide children worldwide with access to education, nutrition, clean water, protection, and medical care – especially in crisis regions where help is urgently needed.

For legal reasons, we point out that UNICEF is not involved in this campaign and there is no cooperation. The donation is made voluntarily by us.
