Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to cancel this contract.
You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for value
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for goods,

that are made to customer specifications or
-
are clearly tailored to personal needs
(e.g. personalized posters, individual designs, names, dates or custom-made products)
in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
