We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, should a problem arise with your order, the following regulations apply.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw their order within 30 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period by email to info@fillthespace.de.
In case of withdrawal, the received products must be returned to us undamaged and in their original condition.
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the delivered goods are defective or there is an error on our part.
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days using the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
Complaints for quality defects
Regardless of your statutory warranty rights, you will receive a replacement or refund in the following cases:

missing items in the shipment
In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods and send us photos by email to info@fillthespace.de for documentation.
After reviewing the facts, we will send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
Wrong size / Order error
If an incorrect size or item was delivered due to an error on our part, we will of course provide a replacement or refund.
However, if an incorrect size was selected during the order, we ask for your understanding that we cannot offer a free exchange for this. In this case, however, the statutory right of withdrawal can be used.
Sustainable production (Print-on-Demand)
Our posters are only produced after an order is placed to avoid overproduction and unnecessary warehousing.
Therefore, please check the design, size and product description carefully before purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns, material consumption and transport emissions.
Personalized Products
Personalized posters (e.g. with names, dates or individual information) are custom-made according to customer specifications.
Therefore, according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for these products.
However, if the product has a production error, transport damage or incorrect personalization due to our error, you will of course receive a replacement or a refund.
Wrong delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrectly provided or incomplete address and the shipment is returned by the shipping service provider, incurred shipping and production costs may be deducted from any potential refund.
Since our products are individually produced as part of print-on-demand, returned shipments may be destroyed by the production partner.
A renewed production and delivery in such cases is only possible with a new order.
Uncollected shipments
If a shipment is returned to the shipping service provider due to an uncollected delivery (e.g. at a DHL branch or packing station), incurred shipping and production costs may be deducted from any potential refund.
Since our products are individually produced as part of print-on-demand, returned shipments may be destroyed by the production partner.
A renewed production and delivery in such cases is only possible with a new order.
Refused acceptance
If acceptance of a delivery is refused without legitimate reason and the shipment is returned to the shipping service provider, incurred shipping and production costs may be deducted from any potential refund.
Since our products are individually produced, a renewed delivery is only possible through a new order.
Damaged packaging upon delivery
If a package is visibly damaged, we recommend reporting this directly to the delivery person or refusing acceptance.
Please also contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods and send us photos of the damaged packaging and product to info@fillthespace.de, so that we can review the case and offer a solution.
