Exceptions to our refund policy
Although we always strive to offer you the best possible service, exceptions apply in certain cases:

Damaged Poster : If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. After verifying the problem, we will gladly send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.

Printing errors : Should your poster contain printing errors (e.g., color variations or missing details), please inform us within 14 days of receipt. After inspection, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect size : Please check the measurements carefully before purchasing. If you receive the wrong size due to an error on our part, we will of course offer an exchange or a refund. However, if the incorrect size was selected by the customer, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

Missing items : If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Why we do not accept returns
By eliminating returns, we actively aim to reduce our CO₂ emissions. Shipping and processing returns generates unnecessary emissions and waste. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order before purchasing to ensure you select the correct poster.
